WHAT’s IN THE PROGRAM?
Hi! I’m Anushka! I’m a certified mat pilates instructor + personal strength trainer. I’ve struggled with painful periods, PMS, hormonal imbalances, and inflammation since I was 12 years old. I know first hand how discouraging it can be to miss school, work, travel plans, or go to countless doctors’ appointments without finding support. Once I got certified in 2023, I started diving deep into cycle syncing, and within months I realized that the solution was all in movement and nutrition. I started aligning my workouts based on each phase of my cycle and being intentional with nutrition to incorporate researched meals and recipes that support each phase COMPLETELY changed my life. After a couple years of trial and error I found the perfect mix for myself and now I’m so excited I get to share my workouts with all of you. If this program can help even one other girl, it’ll be a dream come true.

Hi, I’m Lulu! I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHNP) and Certified Hormone Specialist with almost 10 years of experience. My own health journey is what sparked my love for holistic nutrition and hormone health. I’m all about using food as medicine, being intentional with supplements based on what your body actually needs (not just what’s trending), and making simple lifestyle shifts that feel realistic and good. I focus on what we can add in to support your hormones, instead of just taking things away. Getting to help women balance their hormones, clear hormonal acne, ease PMS, and feel at home in their bodies is truly so special. I’m excited to teach you how to properly nourish your hormones through each of your different cycle phases, it’s honestly such a life changing way to eat!
