MY JOURNEY

Hi I’m Anushka! My fitness journey started when I was pretty young - I grew up playing competitive tennis, but once I got to college it all went out the window. I lived the party lifestyle and once covid hit I gained nearly 20 lbs. It took me almost 2 years to even admit to myself I needed to make a change. It wasn’t even about the number on the scale, I knew that I was capable of becoming the healthiest and strongest version of myself.

That’s when I decided to take up running. When I started in 2022, I could not even run half a mile - it felt extremely hard most days. But I kept pushing myself and 6 months later decided to share my running journey online. I got countless messages from women asking me to teach them how, and that’s when I knew I was meant to do this!

In 2023, I got pilates and personal training certified. This year I ran a half marathon and coached several women, which led me to sharing my first fitness platform. I wanted to create a place to make running and fitness tips accessible, because without this community none of it would be possible. You all are my inspiration everyday, I hope you love this platform!
